Channel Fiver & Five US

I can't seem to get Channels Fiver and Five US, do a resan but not joy. Can anyone help???

Did you have them before? Have you tried doing a bruteforce scan?

can you get the epg for these channels ?

if so check signal rate and mess about with connection at back of box, see if sr increases

delete the channel from epg and then re-scan the frequency.

I used to have the same problem a few years back. I changed to a new image to fix my issue.
