If its just happened (and all was well previously) unplug the box for 30 secs and then reboot it should be fine.

I assume that your box has been "fixed" since the November hit. If it has it may be that its just taking a little while to pick up the keys. leave it on sky sports for a minute or so.

Yeah was all ok mate until about 3pm today, i have it on sky sports 1 now, see what happens. Cheers. Is this the channel i need to have it on for it to update?

still nothing, very strange. I have 2 boxes in my house and they're both down, was fine before.

There was a keyroll today m8 maybe your box was never updated with the fix last time

It is possible that the key roll method has changed and the au software is unable to replicate this. If that is the case you will have hundreds on this board in a minute.

What area are you in? ok here in ex TW scotland.

Bulldog has hit the nail on the head. If your box has been fixed to auto update then it should be working ok. Your bpoxes sound like they havent. to get them up and running you could manually input the keys. Read here
