i was watching on my dm500c blackbox when the unit suddenly goes into standby mode and now i cannot turn in back on. is there anything i can do?

i'm trying the same procedure, got the dreamup program, backup image and null modem cable...

but dreamup can't detect my dm500c when i powered up. cos i can only power up to standby red led mode.

most likely i need to power up to green led mode for dreamup to detect?

I got the same issue ... my box only shows green light. I use Dreamup, no response when I power on. It Doesnt read. I just send back to shenzhen for repair today.

1) always try a new 12v/2A power supply first.
2) change HCU04
3) Change 1117 (1.8)
4) if still cant send to China for replacement.
