make SURE you are using the new roms and keys and maybe try another ftp program. If you are putting the NEW roms and keys in the correct place (var/keys for keys and var/scce for roms with the digital kaos image) and have evocamd running it WILL work try using tuxbox commander and navigate to var/keys/keylist.txt and there you will be able to see if you are generating keys

getting pretty tired too dread , ask what seems to be a simple question and just get redirected to how to ftp or how to flash, we are not all experts and sometimes things dont work the way the experts say it does , i know its hard with out the problem in front of you but rather than just yawn and say your tired just say you cant help and maybe someone who isnt tired will! if your that tired why are you even in the forum giving advice if your not that interested, im new to this along with a few others having same problems, but when i get mine sorted im damn sure ill know what to tell anyone else whos having similar problems without just redirecting them around the whole dk site ,frustrated and fed up!!!!!!

The links and how to's are designed to help people like you out and I think the comment you have just made is very disrespectful to both the people who write the how to's in the first place and the people who have taken the time to read your posts and direct you to them. It might be nice to show some respect and appreciate the people who are trying to help.

del18463 I think you are getting mixed up.

I assume your reply in post #7 was because of what you read in post #6...???

The section in red in the pic below is dreadfand's signature.

                  sig.JPG

This is a section of text that appears at the bottom of ever one of his/her posts. You can see this my the horizontal line and then the text below (just like my posts). I'm guessing that you read the signature and assumed it was related to your thread? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

                  PM sent too.

                        hi

i think what you must be trying to say the grown tired was not part of the message, its just something that is amusing to himself that he likes to put at the bottom of the message, i have since noticed that others put little dittys on the bottoms of there msgs that bear no significance to anyone other than themselves , i therefore stand corrected .im sorry for any upset caused,
p.s just one other thing the stickys and walkthroughs may be very clear to those on here who have been doing this for a long time , but reading through the forums there are an awful lot of people that are still having trouble with these supposedly foolproof walkthroughs including me so i appologise that i may not be quite as bright as you guys.

                          hi again

the signature, alot of the forums relate to the same thing same problems same answers over and over, the signature gives the impression that dreadfand is aware of this and is tired of same old things , just an observation
