7 euro's not bad......you can always plug your dreambox into your pc for now and log in using the ip address and use the virtual remote

there basically saying that you need a learning remote as dreambox's are not supported by most universal remotes but the code is there on the site so you can give it a go.

If you don't know how/if you remote is of the learning persuasion I'll be happy to try and give you a hand.
