Help- DM500C Reebooting

Hi Guys,

tryingto help a mate out here.

He bought a dm500c about a week ago, He applied the latest KAOS image on Friday but now the box turns on, goes to KAOS splashscrren and then reboots. He has tried DREAMUP but it is not recognising the box when he turns it on, is there any way to do a hard reset on the box and start again from scratch?

When you say start from scratch do you mean reflash??
