DM500 DK Image - how to load cam

Just had my black box delivered from buyingthings (great service-arrived next day & got my ?5 dk discount) and loaded DK image. all went OK but as box not connected to the internet have had to ftp cams to the tmp folder and load manually. how do i now start the cam as cant see how to do this from the blue button. maybe being dim here but never used dk image before and used to starting cams etc from bluebutton?

hello again, no i downloaded evocamd & mgcamd tar.gz files from another website and ftp them over to tmp folder and then load manually. they are shown in the addons folder under expert setup if i want to uninstall addons but not in the folder shown when the info button is pressed to load cams or for cardsharing?
