dm 500c setup (cccam)

hi guys
had a little look around and didnt find what i was looking for!
is it poss to run this box with cccam?
downloaded the dk1.1 image and just waitng for my null cable to arrive, then i will be getting on with thinks
whats the best guide out there if its poss?

Bearing in mind that this is a cable box and the cable side of things is virtually dead, what are you expecting to get by using this box.....

And yes i believe it is possible to use Ccam....

well i have a vu+ duo and its brill, was telling a mate about it and the conversation came to him having this old cable dreambox.
so i ask the supplier of my clines if they would also work on a cable box. so i thought it would be worth giving it a go.
got nothing to loose after all

have u got any good pointers for me

Discussions about payserver c:lines etc are not allowed, your supplier is best suited to answer your queries.

However as said better going down the sat route if possible and "sharing".

@smirnoff a cable box can be used as a server to share a sat card but not view it.

well he replied "
dreambox works with cable and satelite but you need to have the right tuner for them either cable or sat when you buy"
get a trial cline to check, so wont cost me nothing ;-)
