Hiya I have a mate with a mini Sky dish and is wondering if he hooks up a dream500s with the DK image if he will be able to pickup all the usual channels or what channels he would pick up or does he need a different dish and maybe some kinda card sharing thing which we won't get into here

UK Sky isn't hacked like UK cable is. The only way to get Sky is to use a valid subscription, i.e. pay for it.

There are a few FTA channels on 28.2e so he will be able to view those channels. You can scan in all the Sky channels but they will be blank. No emu will allow you to view them.
