    DVB Monkey!!!

Hi Guys, does anyone have an email address for Seiko from DVB Monkey/Buying things. Or more to the point, if you read this Seiko, please get in touch with me.

I bought a D500s in October, it was sent to me faulty, i returned it to buying things on 9th December and have never received anything in return. The tracking number confirms that it was received in Blackburn, and i cant get any correespondence through those pathetic ticket things running on the DVB website. Can anyone give me any advice.

I cant even register a claim through paypal as its well past 45 days since i purchased the box, basically i have been stroked by a crowd of gangsters!

        DVB Monkey

        Hi

I would like to add that I made a purchase from DVB bunch of Monkey several weeks ago. I have posted requests for information about my order on their Ticket thing and, guess what, still no response. I got a confirmation that my order had been shipped on Monday and they even gave me the tracking number. I have tried tracking this on the EMS website since Tuesday and they don't have a record of the number! Goes to show that the cheapest price doesn't always guarantee quality service and customer care. I will keep everyone updated on my progress. http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...cons/icon8.gif

i agree with dreadfand, surely the company's that rip people off should be named and shamed, i know that caveman says we should not be slagging off these suppliers, but im a newbie and i am being put off upgrading my system by the horror stories here. maybe if they get some negative feedback it will force them to get their act together, there are lots of people here in the same boat as me and we all need help, and yes i have read all the threads about good suppliers, and im still none the wiser, but a sticky would make it easier for folk that do not have the time to read every post ! and a simple vote system would suffice for most people im sure !!

Every supplier has pros and cons,it aint really nothing to do with this forum.
Most other places discourage naming/promoting/discussing suppliers.
As for a sticky it would just turn into trading post.
Checkout the RED stickies massive amount of info and effort been put into them.

I have bought from them before and it did take about 4 weeks to come but it did arrive. they are slow but usually get the item to you. If it has been posted it may be in customs but you should have had a phone call from cutoms to say they had it and want a few squid to release it.

If you have a problem with the company, please take it up with the sales people there. You can go through your credit card or paypal if you can't get a hold of the seller after a period that you think is unreasonable.
