Kaos menu blank

I've had a search around for the answer to this but everytime I load up the Kaos menu it's blank or freezes. I need to update my keys (I've lost Slysports) but can't get to the add-ons menu. Has anyone else experienced this?

try pulling the power leave for 30 sec and plug back in

thanks westkill but I tried that several times.

It turns out that when this box uses the ?Blue button to get to the Kaos menu, it never loads however if I go through the Menu --> Setup way it works fine. Really odd.

Try doing an automatic service scan, it should work after that.

If you've lost one channel, it's not a key problem. It's a key problem when you loose all premium channels and only get FTA channels. If one channel disappear, do an automatic service scan and it should come back. If it doesn't come back, then it's usually a service fault and it will come back on it's own in a day or so.
