dreambox 500c no channels

i wonder if anyone can help me with my dream box 500c?
its has image dw2.1 with auto update it was working in till last night but now i cant cant get any channels is say service could not found. have tried rebooting it but still same problem please help

have you got a backup of your image ...?
check the cable input and do a rescan
if all fails you might have to reflash it

did you have a read of the stickys at the top of the cable dreambox forum
have you got the program dreamup and a null modem cable

i have flashed dream box with dream up but still the same problem. is there new fix for dreambox?

nope no new fixes when you used dreamup to flash back to your backup did you make sure that "flash erase" was not ticked

the flash erase was not ticked. what if i do a factory reset and start again with a new image. one more thing when i press menu file mode then root then var then keys there 8 files but but filesize is 0mb is there somthing wong there? please help

if you look in var/keys/keylist.txt are there any keys there generated?
