I have no problem with my system. Only E Entertainment. It does nt have any picture and sound. And a box will come up stating tune failed!

Other channels are perfectly fine

The below channels mentioned are using frequency 562MHz. They are all not watchable that means the tuner installed in the box is having problem with this range of frequency. If it is dm500c then you have to change the whole box, no way to just change the tuner only.

I received a box from china (DM500c) with enigma image inside. May I know what is the crucial files to ftp over so that my box can work.

I have a image for SG which is PLI Jade 3 with autoroll. I tried copy the key files over and scce folder over, but still it didnt work. Do I have to manual scan after I ftp the files over?

Any kind soul can send me the image file for dm500c? been stored for quite some time, took it out today to input keys to no avail, remove card and insert but was prompt 'card not supported'. Would like to try flashing it and see any good

all you need to do is to flash the image file to your 500c, it will work

The Anandasxxxx, CHN supplier provide me with an image & ask me to flash. I flashed but, message :
Found no valid jffs2 in image, flash-erase not supported

Thus, i got stuck, i think the image is no good one-lehh,.... they promise me no need to do anything, just plug-n-play, now i stuck, i paid U$75,... is that expensive DM500C clone

Like you i can see enigma image, channel skins, but with remarks: :no data for this service available

If YES, can you please guide me,....

I sent back to china for repair. I choose the cheapest Shipping method by SEA which is $15 (Singpost) ... It will take about 3-4 weeks to reach them.

Do a flash erase and reflash with my image again and see if it works. Already PM you the image
