There is an updated bouquet in the download section for all the channels u r looking for. Unless u have the keys n roms, u can only view fta channels only.

Only fta channels are viewable and u need keys to view the paid channels.

Ok, I manage to get him to flash erase 2 times and flash SGDVB image. His box is working fine now.
