Newby having difficuilty,

What does that mean?

Half of the image is black and fuzzy,
I acidiently pushed the panic button and now cant get any channels,
Ive re.flashed it but still cant get any channels? any ideas why?

also my snr is only about 70% any ideas why?
The box was okay till i reflashed it, now i cant get any pictures up
help!

If your signal is low, you will need to check the cables, if that fails, you will need a booster.
AFAIK the image doesn't affect signal strength, that's all to do with the hardware and cables.

If you have reflashed it, you will need to put the keys and roms on again and rescan.
Follow the instructions again, its really simple to do.

Thanks, found problem was due to weak cable signal while two box's. have bought booster for cable now works fine. Thanks again !

I only managed to receive less than 5 channel.
All FTA and premiums channels are not available.

So i was thinking of reflashing the whole box again.
I might need a really really newbie guide here.

Its using PLI. Is there a way that i can refresh the image with maybe Gemini or PLI.
What are the files needed to copy from the old box?
What are the steps to do?

I know how to reflash the firmware but after i got there, i dont know what are the files needed for the box.

Im from SG and my provider is Starhub.

If you have a working box then use dreamup to backup the working image and flash the image to the NOT working box. Then you will have 2 working box already.

Thanks for replying. i know i could do that. But just in case, i need to have it reflashed with Maybe Gemini or New PLI image, what are the files needed to copy to and where shall i put it in?

Cos i have seen Gemini and PLI has two different images. I wish to learn on how to configure. A guide or a little help will be very useful.
