DM800 Problems Flashing

Ive got a DM 800SE-C D6 version sim2.1 with Logo, I put the full info in case it makes a difference.

I am using the Sunray flash up to try and flash it, but I keep getting an error message saying that its either not compatible or an old version, and is now unusable (which it isn't but nor does it seem to be flashed).

I have tried a few different images now, any ideas?

Have u tried using web browser to flash?
