DM 800C HD stop working

My DM800C HD stop working, the set is 2 yrs old.
The LED light behind the set network is lighted, but everything else do not work. Sometime a sound come from the tuner.
I tried to reflash, it's the same. Anybody can help, I'll apprecates.

You need to reflash the right image, ftp the keys and scce folders over and everything should be back to normal.

Yes, I did reflash this image, but still the same, maybe I try some other image, let you know the outcome.

How do u flash yr box if u can't see the display of yr ip on the front screen?

Yes, dreamup, sometime after I on and off the box, it will come on than flash it, after that it will go off after flashing.

dun quite understand the problem,
after flashing is completed, did u reboot the box and then ftp the keys and scce files over?

2nd question, after flashing, can your box go to the boot up screen and access the menu?

That is the problem, after flashing the box can't boot up.

Did u see any error on the front led?

Try a new Power-supply 12v/4A. Older DM800C hv this inherent problem. Sometimes plug in/out the 12v may jump start the box. If this is true, u really need to up your Power supply to 4A.

Another, the symtom is fan spin but wont boot, try abv.

I check to front panel, no led (not working).

(Sometimes plug in/out the 12v may jump start the box.)
I will try and buy 12v/4A and see if is work. Let you know the out come.
