There are lots of guides in the download section. If you've already flashed your box then it will not be too dificult to do the rest. This guide here may help.

That guide actually tells you how to connect to the dreambox when it is connected to a router. Thats what you asked for.

If that guide didnt help then there are lots of guides in the stickies which tell you everything you need to know but personally the guide I linked to would allow you to connect either wired or wirelessly and put the keys and roms in.

When you set up filezilla did you gie it the new ip addy which dhcp from your router assigned it.

If you used the guide it tells you that the ip will be set by dhcp, once you restart the box then go back into set up and communications and it will tell you the ip addy of the box, then put that in filezilla.

It will be local so something like 192.168.?.? with the ? being dependant on what ip your router gave it.

It wont matter if you are in your brothers, the router you are connected to will set the ip as long as you ticked dchp in the dreambox set up.

if your ip adress ends with .101 or something like that and you cant FTP to you box then do a factory reset on the image your using and that should put your ip adress into a range your router/pc can connect to (i know they should be auto assigned but this happened to me just a thought)
