DM500 unable to get Sly 1

Hi All,
can not seem to get Sly 1 any one having the same problem all other channels working fine, done a rescan still the same.

hmm maybe a signal problem then only guessing

If you have a genuine dreambox 500 it can be difficult for the tuner to pick it up (apparently it is because sly1 at a lower frequency, don't know if its true or not).

Few tips:
try a booster
scan in the middle of the night (someone told me this once)
scan without the any boosters attached.

Do a search through the forums, this topic is knocking around somewhere and you'll get some more advice.

see if you've got a signal attenuator floating about they usually come with ntl boxes and will give you a better noise to signal ratio....might help

other than that you could manually add the transponder frequencies for sly one yourself pm me if you need them

did u check all channels u picked up after your scan may be hidden
