Hi again guys. My 500c arrived today and I have gotten the gemini image installed on it. My virgin media card is inserted in to the smart cart reader I have connected my cable in to the back. However, whenever I scan for channels, I can never find anything, I am from Glasgow (UK). Do I need to enter any specific frequencies or anything?
