    DM800C-II (clone) No display

    Hi Guys,
    DM800C-II have no display now...
    The red led light is up, but tv showing black screen, Change all cables.. still noting

    Seller gave me a file for update, questions is 'without display, how should i update??'

    This the file name that i've received, 'HD800C-II_1.0V3.abs'

    Pls guys help me on this...

      For your info, this is not dreambox and there isn't much support for this model in this forum. Dreambox 800 series are the common ones we discuss here.

      Maybe some bros who own this can guide him along

              chance is very slim, this box is rather new and support is very limited. Flashing of box is by usb from what i know.
              Your supplier must provide enough guidance and support for you. If he himself also dunno about that box, then u are finish liao...... how...


              i see that you also have a ethernet port behind. I suspect flashing is either usb or web browser flashing. Now that your display shows nothing, that makes the task even harder. Aiyooohh......... My condolence to the box.

                  Try press the v format on rcu button or info button to use the right video format & FYI the HD800C-II_1.0V3.abs is for u to flash the firmware using usb thumb drive

                          hello bro, I also had the similar problem when I tried booting the set for the first. You may try holding the power button on the set itself for like 3-5sec and the green light should display.

                              Tried already, Done everthing... change wire, switch to rca, hold the power.... Already sent the box to the supplier... thanks anyway...
