New Dreambox

I am looking to buy a dreambox from a supplier over the internet for about ?60 500c dreambox. What would i need to get this up and running with all the channels. ANy ideas, help would be appreciated

You will need a null modem cable and either:

1. An ethernet cable or

2. A crossover cable if you are connecting direct to your PC rather than via a router.

You also need an image which can be obtained from the download section. DK v1.1 is popular.

Once you have flashed the image, you need to FTP the keys and roms, which can also be obtained from the download section.

Info on how to perform the flashing and FTPing is available in the red stickies.
