DM500 channels locked on dreambox

hello ppl iv followed all the stickies and still im getting the locked key simble on the info bar and no channels anyone know of anything else i could do any help would be great

more information needed are you saying you get fta but cannot clear the encrypted channels, what image you using & what have you done up to now

Delete the contents of the /var/keys and /var/scce folder on your box.

Copy the contents of the keys folder in the rar to /var/keys and the same with the scce folder to /var/scce.

Go to sky sports 1, press MENU > SHUTDOWN > reboot now

When it reboots, flick to sky sports 2, wait 5 secs, the flick back to sky sports 1. Wait until the channel comes on.
