i can see all the channel but dont know what why after sometime the whole picture will jam and it will come again please guide

well, could be a overheating issue
Better to get a usb fan and place it below
Get a better antenna cable too

For 500C u have to find a way if u want to install usb fan get the multi adapter with usb power port u can get this at ABC store along Tekka around $6.
Try to use a good rg6 cable & splitter if u using it to another reciever or modem, this issue was discussed in the main SGSH forum search for it to know more
