DM500 Problem with 500c + Evocam

Theres probably some simple solution to this, but I thought I'd ask around here anyway since I've been working on it for about an hour.

Basically, my DB was working fine with all channels etc. I left it running on ITV4 a few hours ago and when I tried turning it onto a non FTA channel it's just black. I tried reloading the keys just in case, but that didn't do the trick.

Is there something stupidly obvious that I'm overlooking?

have you tried re-starting cam or re-booting box?


by the way ar u using keys or the auto updating version

I've tried the latest keys. I've even tried whiping my keys and nagra roms and reuploading them, no luck. And yes, I've restarted after each.
