DM500 Dm 500 hang.

Hi, Need advise. Had used my DM500 for 1 year, yesterday when I on it, it only show a blue screen. Had tried to switch channel but does not response to the controller. Is there anyway to do a reset the box?

Just reboot, if that do not help then I think you are looking at more advance options which i have no idea, I apologize i also have a issue which is no channels for SAT 110 and 119, any idea please share all.

Reflash with new image or your backup image, will solve it.

Flashing with dreamup is yr only solution but take note if u flash raw image, u can only view fta channels if u don't have the necessary files.

I am new to this & also have the same issue (Blue screen). How do i dowload & install (so called the image/flash) on to the ddevice which is not responding to remote control ?
