Help with 500 c

When i go to file mode then root then var then keys there is nothing in the file but when i do the same and go to scce there are 9 files. Is this correct, i have been trying to get my box going for a week now. When i go onto filezilla it shows there are files in the keys but through the box itself nothing. I am running dk v1.1 if this helps.

Delete the contents of the /var/keys and /var/scce folder on your box via ftp.

Copy the contents of the keys folder in the rar to /var/keys and the same with the scce folder to /var/scce.

Go to sky sports 1, press MENU > SHUTDOWN > reboot now

When it reboots, flick to sky sports 2, wait 5 secs, the flick back to sky sports 1. Wait until the channel comes on.

Hi devilfish i have done this about ten times and still cant see any files in the keys folder through the boxes file mode. I would assume this is a problem why i cant view premium channels. I can see all 9 files in scce folder no problem. I dont know what else to do.

Do a factory reset and try again.

Menu > Setup > Expert Setup > Factory Reset
