DM500 S***HUB Channels missing..

Hey guys I'm a noob in dreambox DM500C (pli image) & new to this forum, I used to see Uef* eur* ch (305, 306), but now I don't see the channels in the channel list, when I manually type in the channels it doesn't appear.. why is that so? What should I do?
