hi all i just lost all my channels not sure why was missing a few earlier today but now all gone using blck boxt been problem free till now any advice be appreciated

have you got the fix on your box m8 or have the keys just been entered? if its the latter you will need to use the stickys to ftp the fix over to your box so as to not have to enter keys every few days.

to be honest i dont know i was given some files tht i ftp on to the box in jan and its worked since then im still learning how it alll works so i really cant answer you thanks for helping

u have 2 re-scan the box, or update channels

i did rescan no luck i extarted evocam no joy there either i did a shutdown no luck and each time i rescanned nothing coming up

When you say nothings coming up do you mean there not clearing or there's no signal?

Don't know whether you are with Chxxus or NxL mmds, but even if codes rolled, you should still find all chanells but only able to view some, should have RTE1 comming through.
Check all connections to start with or check with subbed box!

If you can check with subbed box, do, that will verify downconverter and psu working, if you cannot, check that psu to downconverter has not died -if ok, looks like the tuner has bit the bullet!

cant check all i can tell ya is that its saying 20 transponders found but no services dont know if the downconverter is okay or not

its now picking up the some of the channels but when i go to watch it says unknown error screen black this is with a new image and keys roms etc ?

It would probably be best to give a complete description of what you have done so far.

It makes it easier to diagnose the fault if you give as much info as possible.

What image did you flash? what other files did you put in. Are you getting the FTA channels?

hi , im new on this site... like yourself i have just bought a boxt, but cant find the relevent code to put in when im at the nagravision setup point,, im also a techno dunce!!!! which im sure is a huge 'bonus'[???!!!!] to me. ive all the channel info, and am recieving rte1, sky news, how did you fare out when you lost signal? are you still happily viewing?
