You can get the DM500C remote from #01-10 SanAce in SimLim Tower.

It's available at dream multimedia website, but I can't get it to work. Probably my clone controller doesn't support or I don't have the luck to make it work.

Don't be surprised even if u stroll along Sungai RD u can find it if u're lucky if it works or not that's another story

Are you sure if your remote control faulty?
May be your Dream Box remote sensor is faulty.
There is a small PCB assy inside of the front panel of your dream box.
I had ever face the same problem, thinking the remote control is faulty but it is not the case.

You can PM me, as I have a spare DM800HD & DM500C remote control.

To check whether your remote is really faulty can be easily checked by using your handphone's camera. Switch it to the camera mode (as if u wanna take a picture) point it to your remote's IR. Press your remote's IR. If u see the IR diode on the remote flashing, means your remote is working fine.

Happen to me once sometimes the remote is actually working just that the connector on the batteries are rusty. Scrape off the rust and try again.
