Hi guys ordered a dreambox 500c from dreambox500c.org.uk has anyone else dealt with them.I ordered it on the 27th feb and it says on the web page you get an email 2 working days after your order with shipping details.As yet nothing.

They only send you e-mail if item is out of stock,
You should receive your item within 10-12 working days Ie Mon -Fri
They are based in China like most of the Clone box sellers,
So shipping takes longer

Have bought many boxes from China, Am always nervous myself until they arrive, but they always seem to get here eventually.

Update us when you get it as to how long it took.

Ok will do it just on their site it makes out you have an ems tracking email after it shipped normally 2 days after order and that you get it 5-7 bussiness days later.

i orderd a remote for ?10 a few months back, it faded within 2 weeks was really poor quality compared to what i had from dvbseller

Did they send you any emails m8 and how long did it take for your remote to arrive.I have sent them 2 emails and had no replies.

try emailing them with just a normal question ie what price are your boxes etc see if they reply..sure they will

then you have got there attention, I think they have a few email address that when replying dont look legit or use the company mail address think they use hotmail,gmail etc

I received mails from them when asking questioned and when the item had been shiped with tracking code...took about 10 days to arrive IIRC

yeah the only email address i can find is the sales team one.I ordered it a week ago and got no emails or anything

Well box came today 9th march however it has come with no remote and the power supply plug is hit and miss.Where is the best and quickest place to get a remote and i have a multi power adapter what should i set it too.Very disappointed to say the least the ?72 is going to be more now i got to get a remote.
