Eurovox EX7000 OR DREAMBOX500C NEED ADVICE

i need your advice dk members , I have a Dreambox 500c but i was thinking of getting a Eurovox EX7000 HD but i dont know if its worth it i mean like i want a better sd channels view than the dreambox i have got i know that cable only has 1 bbc hd channel but wouldnt the rest channels be higher quality than the dreambox plz help?

Can only talk about the difference between DM500C and DM800C, but I guess it goes for any HD box.

Picture quality on my 42" plasma is slightly improved for standard definition pictures and miles better when viewing BBC HD.
The picture is much improved for standard def on my 36" LCD (As standard def stuff from a standard box is a bit naff) and BBC HD is miles better.

My opinion - If you are using an LCD screen you will notice quite an improvement on all the standard def channels, if plasma then not so much improvement and probably not worth the extra outlay. BBC HD looks great on both.

i have got a hd tv lcd 42in tv just trying to work our if the eurvox hd box is better than the dreambox 500c in picture wise

i would say it would be better as its a hd receiver so the picture would be better than what the dreambox 500 would be

how much you got to spend if you are able to buy say the likes of a dm800 i would go for that as there is a bit more you can do with it

dm800 is just on sattlite and i need cable

sms dreambox shop has them 399 for a real one just ask for a cable tuner in it
