recording to pc querys

I set up a mount for pc recording and it works perfect in some ways but not in others so here we go...

1. what are the remote functions on dk1.1 for recording and playback. when i used dw2.1 i pressed a button and the info panel changed to a record panel I cant seem to get that on dk1.1.

2. I can only control and playback my recordings on my pc for example I have to load up web i nterface and press record, when recording is stopped I can only play it by going to the record folder on pc and playing thru vlc media player if I try and play it thru dreambox my screen goes blank and no signal appears on screen and i have to power reboot the box.

any info would be a gr8 help.

Hold down Green and it should show the DVR controls.

Pressing the RADIO button will start the recording, press TV to stop.

do you know what my problem is when i try and play video back and the screen just goes blank and I have to reboot box>??

also everytime I reboot the box my ip address changes on box to the same as ip on pc and I have to adjust dreambox ip ??
