Hi All, I am a newbie in this forum. This forum has provided many insights, however, I am not a very technical person and cannot understand 100% of it.
I have a superbox 2010, silver box with card inserted at the side. I also have King Card, which was purchased in 2011.
Recently some of the SH paid channel like HBO, NatGeo, Discovery are showing me the blank black screen. However others like Celestial Movie, VV Drama is still working.
I tried autoscaning the channels (which screws up my original channel list) and changing of boxkey (it is really not easy finding how to make the boxkey box appear for superbox). Both does not work that is why I posted here for help.
Please let me know what I can do to make my HBO and other channel signal to appear again. thank you.
