DM500 can't get channel 1 to 5 and other freeview channels

im new to this dreambox business so excuse me

i have a dreambox - dreambox 500
it displays of all of the sky channels perfectly but i can't get channels 1 to 5 or other freeview channels such as filmfour or bbc 3. can someone please help me with this?

everyother sky channel works - sky1, sky sports, bravo, etc.
but not freeview

in my area they had moved them so i scanned for services again and they started woking

they could be hidden in other channels, check all channels after a scan

just one more thing, i live in london however i receive bbc south west and itv west country when i should receive bbc london and itv london. is there any way this can change? thanks for all of your help
