bbc and itv

hi
i get bbc south west and itv west country channels on my dreambox but i live in london. in london, i should get the bbc london channel and itv london. is there any way i can change this?

I had the opposite problem - I actually WANTED to get BBC South and Meridian. The answer is that if you look at "All Services" option in the channel list, there will be 3 or 4 BBC 1's (some called BBC One, not BBC 1). One of these will be the London (dull area - politics and murder) One will be the South area (car boot fairs and a mugging in Portsmouth).

For me the issue was complicated as my local service had a very low signal strength, so only appeared after a booster was added and the channel scan re-done.

thanks for your help mate. i managed to find bbc london and itv london but how can i transfer this to the main channel list? to make bbc london channel 1 and itv london channel 3? at the moment these channels are numbers 500 or whatever and this is hard 2 remember. cheers mate

HI again,

The answer is to set up some bouwuets, or edit the ones you have set up. When you are looking at a bouquet list of channles, press the menu button and you can move or delete channels in the list. When you are looking at channels in teh "all Services" page you should press the menu button to add the channel you were on to a specifi bouquet.

Bouquet editing is a bit of a chore with these, but once set up it makes life beautiful!
