No audio from DM800HD SE

Suddenly there is no audio coming from the box via hdmi cable but the video is ok.All channels have this problem.Try different hdmi cable still same issue.try to change the ac3 default and downmix to yes but still same issue.anyone can help.

it could be your HDMI port, not the cable
If after all the checks has been done, still cannot. That means only reflash will resolve it

You seem to have a problematic box, may we know where you buy from so that we don't kenna the same

The box was working for 2 weeks before no audio.But can still get the video clear.If HDMI connection has issue or pins gave way,i should not get to see the video...but for my case can still see it.Not sure whether its a setting problem

try other output sources to confirm HDMI fault.

Tried other sources but still not working.audio from scart interface is good.also when I press the yellow button to access audio track...it shows as undetermined and running. Checked with my friend and he's is mpeg running and no issue with audio.is it the box hdmi issue.

well, since from all audio output sources gave the same 'no sound' defect, i would think it is the box itself that is defective.
