ERROR resetting lock-bits

Hi guys, I'm a noob, and have just bought a dreambox 500S

I tried to flash dreamup, but it gets right to the end of the download and I get a "ERROR resetting lock-bits"
has anyone a solution

After the box connects to dreamup, select the Flash Erase option allow it to erase the box. Then do it AGAIN...yes do it twice. Then try and flash the image.

If that doesn't work, get onto the seller right away and tell them the box is faulty.

try with a different power supply. It worked with my receiver
