Dreambox 500c Freeze

I get this too I use the Yellow Brick booster. It only happens to me on encrypted channels not on Free to air stuff so I doubt it is signal. Is it only encrypted channels it is happening on?

krypton i just rang virgin media up and they told me that the signal they are sending out for my area is normal so it sint low and my broadband is fast to.

the signal you get is nothing to do with area you could of been paired up to another in the green box by an enginer installing another feed and that will give you the problem
try diffrent images as some will work better than others on lower signal.

problem sorted adding a new cam and using that at the moment and its working fine thanks everyone

just as things were going well my bbc 1 channel frooze i had to change channel and go back and it happened to watch channel so im getting the same problem. Any1` got other ideas

what image are you using??? on DW 2.1 I have to use the old tuner if I use the new one I get that kinda freeze where I have to switch channels. DK image only has new tuner AFAIK

well ive given my dreambox away now going for the eurovox atleast wont have that problem
