Box Office settings for Luton (ex-ntl)

Hello peeps, I wanna watch amir khan get his cocky little face smashed in tonight but can't get the box office channels on my 500-c i've done a bit of reading but there's not much info for us ex-ntl people.. i've tried manually adding it but i only get one new service with no picture, they usually show a build up advert right ?

I get everthing else including the smutt.

If anyone has got the settings i need i'd be most appreciative
