Logitech Harmony One and Dreambox

Hello everyone,

I just got myself new remote control, the Harmony One, I have set various activities and most of them work fine.

My problem is that when I ask the remote to ?watch TV? it starts TV and surround sound fine, it also switches my dreambox on too, but the sounds doesn?t work and the picture has ghost shadows. I have tried to use my original dreambox RC and no luck.
I can?t find any setting that has been changed by the Harmony, but no sound whatever I do.

Anyone has experience with this remote or have any idea what may be wrong?

Are you saying the same happens with the original and the harmony? or just the harmony?

It started with Harmony, and the original couldn’t fix it.

I have found up that the issue was that the dreambox was set to “Tuner” in the activity, that setting needed to be changed to “none”.

Once changed everything is working fine
