Can MIO TV be cracked?

I think even if it can be cracked, you would still need a valid signal which is probably controlled by MAC/vlan?

Maybe you can use tcp dump? Just my guess

Mac adress can be clone ip can be sub into dhcp server

That's right.
If the same MAC/vlan is shared under the same building or IXP, it is still fine. But if is being access from all over Singapore... I'm sure it doesn't take too long to trace everyone down, if they want.
