Unable to Flash DM500-C

Hi,

I am from Singapore and have a DM-500C. I need to reflash my set as it doesn't go beyond the splash screen.

I have bought the necessary equipment and tried a few methods. However, all doesn't work.

Any recommendations to who or where I can bring my set to get it fix?

Do you use DreamUP? I had problem in the beginning but after the third time it worked.
What is the exactly problem?

Finally managed to get it reflash on a old desktop with serial port. Ends up is the USB-Serial connector problem (already using the Aten as recommended).
