Screen Size

I have a dreambox 500c and widescreen tv. Some channels cover the entire screen (eg Sky Sports 3) whereas others (eg Sky Sports 1 and 2) do not fill the whole screen and have black bands at the top and bottom of the picture. I have tried the box with two different TVs and the picture is the same. If I obviously change the TV settings then the pitcure for the channels which fit the screen is then too big.

Is there anyway I can fix this?

setup/system settings/audio and video/

colour format = RGB
Aspect ratio = 4.3 Panscan
TV = Pal

failing that you need to do it from tv remote and change tv screen set up
