DM500 problem with frequency

Hi anyone have the frequency i need for all the channels on ntl im usin the dreambox 500c have eveythin done to it just cant pick up the the channels usin auto so im goin to try manual search im living in new ross in wexford
would be greatful for any help

What image are you using and does it have bruteforce in uk option

not sure wat image it is my friend done it for me he tryed the box first in his house in waterford first and it worked fine but wen he came to my house in new ross it finds the transponder but no channels

do you get the freeview channels ie bbc1 itv

no i didn get any at all have all the names up for the channels but wen u go into them they dont work

when you switch the box on wot screen comes on wot does it say

the menu screen just comes up i no the symbol rate in my area is 06887 if tats any help for yea and if u search wit bruteforce it scans about 70 transponders and 0 channels at the end
