First of all you need to set up the bridge to communicate with your own router.

Follow the instructions on the leaflet that came with the bridge and connect it to your PC using an ethernet cable. Access the web interface on your browser, I think the default ip address is 192.168.1.226. From here you will need to set up the wireless to be able to talk to your router. Once that's done, disconnect it from your PC and plug it in somewhere else, doesn't need to be connected to a dreambox, just somewhere else. Now type the ip address of the bridge into your browser on your PC and see if it can connect to the bridge wirelessly - if it can, well done, all the settings are correct. You can now connect it to your dreambox and it should work fine.

        Hi,

You can flash your linksys with DD-WRT.
