does it not matter that the box keeps resetting will it still connect ?

yeah the null modem cable makes a connection before the box tries to boot which is the cause of the reboot

Dreamup should fix a box that's not booting up or stuck in a boot loop.

connected box with dream up but it just says
initiating flash-loader upload...

and goes no further any ideas anyone?
