Ethernet Splitter For DreamBox 500

I need your advice please m8s,I have a dreambox 500 and a nanoxx 9600IP box. Is there any way of splitting the ethernet cable so that goes in to the 500 and the 9600 , without having to have 2 cables from my Netgear router. I hope every thing makes sense.

Use an ethernet hub.

One cable from the Netgear router to the hub and two cables out - one to the 500 and one to the 9600
