iwent in2 tuxbox commander then var/tunbox/comfig/enigma/cable but i dont have something 4 adult i have ones 4 sport,movies etc can any1 help me find the adult one please

You mean you don't have an adult bouquet?

Menu > Setup > Service Organising > Create Bouquet

Exit out menus once you've created it.

Press OK then RED to bring up the 'All Services' list (alphabetical list of all channels).
Scroll to the adult channel you want to place in the bouquet.
Press MENU > Add to specific Bouquet > Select adult bouquet

Repeat for all adult channels.

You mean you dont have a bouquet set up?

If you look in "All Channels" they should be there.

There are various tut detailing how to create/update bouquets both on the box itself and using PC applications.

they r in my channel list but after 10oclock only 3 show anything the rest just have a lady on screen

Ive got no need for that category. You cant get girl on girl action with a Dreambox 500c. Buga-re-do! It just doesnt scan them. strange hey?
