DM600 wont boot ?

Hi guys,
My DM600 is flashing green & red on the led, it wouldnt boot so i decided to re flash with dream up and got this msg,

ERROR
No CA found by 2nd stage loader, please contact support at dream-multimedia!

its a clone with an original tuner with gemini (safe) 3.6 image no hd installed yet and had been workin ok
is it dead or can i save it, cant find anything on the net about jtagging it anyone any suggestions

I had the same prob once using dreamup so ever since I use telnet..so much faster anyway, I would try that.

Try pressing the 'Flash Erase' option, let it do its thing, then press it again. Then flash and see if that solves it.

its dream up v1.3.3.2 im usin there is no flash erase on it, ive got v1.2.2.0 that i used for my 500 and that has the option but that wont recognise it, can find very little on this particular problem

Hi Skiboy, tried that forgot to say it before nothing works box just sittin there both lights flashin wen i plug it in, tried dcc, flash fxp, flash wiz pro, only dreamup recognises it

Ok m8...when I got mine it did the same but managed to get it working with telnet, suppose all you can do is try different versions of dreamup, if I find anything I will let you know buddy.

sorry m8 was away for a while, no cant telnet nothin connects only dreamup gonna try a few diff versions to see, once the missus comes back, im babysittin

ok here is wat ive found out on this problem
the bootloader 69 is dead and i must replace/upgrade the internal sim card possibly with an original one that has bootloader 70 not like the clone that has 69 and this will work
maybe this will ring a bell for someone and give me some advice

hi try this pack, did use it to repair a dm800 with 2nd stage error message in dreamup

remeber if you have a clone, dont use nevest secondstage loader, for example you can use this image, it's gemeni 4.6 patched with older secondstage loader...

i think newest secondstage for dm600 is 66,
and some clones only work with secondstage loaders up to version 54

but on dm800 most clones only work with secondstage loader 69, i did flash a image with secondstage loader 70 on my dm800, thats did make me get the error "2nd stage loader" in dreamup.

but i have a patched image for dm800 to Gemeni2 4.00 secondstage 69 included

Hello!
I have the same problem with my DM600PVR. When I plug power red and green led quickly blink and DreamUp don't connect!
How I can repair my box? May be I need JTAG? Have anybody info how I can use JTAG for DM600.
